The Flintstones: (NES, 1991)

A very cool NES/Famicom game

This was one of those NES games that felt way harder than it had any right to be. The Flintstones had solid platforming, colorful graphics, and a surprisingly cool plot, but it also had some brutally tough jumps and enemy placements.

I remember struggling with the tight controls but loving the different levels from Bedrock. Also, I remember being scared of the witch boss :) The basketball mini-game was oddly fun, and despite the challenge, it was one of those games I kept coming back to—probably because I refused to let Fred Flintstone fail his mission to rescue his daughter and Bam Bam.
